"I worked with Joe, supporting a number of children, in his role of site lead at Manchester Hospital School. He struck me as calm, thoughtful and clear thinking in tricky situations. He consistently built great bonds with the young people and gained their trust, whilst focusing on the support needed for them to make progress in their education."
